A healthy balanced diet is not just about the food and the right kinds of foods. How to buy, store, prepare and cook the food as well as a guideline in a healthy lifestyle. Even pans and utensils you use, all have a significant impact on the nutritional value of the food you eat.

Here are tips on healthy eating and how to cook it:

1. Purchase foods that are still fresh.

2. Food without preservatives.
