1. Cardio
It is a best practice. If for 30 minutes each day your heart beat faster, then it will reduce the weight and improve your heart health drastically. But do not forget to consult your doctor and your health before you start gymnastics instructor.
2. Weight-bearing

3. Non Weight-bearing

4. Weightlifting
We do not recommend you to weight training every day so your muscles become bigger and actually gain weight. But if you seriously want to keep in shape and lose weight, just add one or two weight training sessions per week.
5. Yoga
