Weight Loss You Do not Want to Fall?

Many people who think they have a slow metabolism so they can not lose weight. Even all the way fast diet has done no work because they do not know the workings of the human metabolism.

As most people already know, we can speed up your metabolism is the key to burning fat. Before we understand how to increase metabolism, let us first learn some basic principles of metabolism.

Is it metabolism?

There are several scientific approaches to explain this. The best approach is the easiest approach is commonly understood. So metabolism can be defined as the rate at which your body burns calories to stay alive.

Your body burns calories 24 hours a day, every day. Remember that your body needs energy all the time, even when you are sleeping. That is why to stop eating may be the worst thing to do when your goal is to lose weight by burning fat.

What Affect Metabolism?

Many people say that the factors that most influence a person’s metabolism are the level of activity in the thyroid gland and the age of a person. Factors - factors above do play a role, but not much.

Another thing that affects the metabolism is muscle tissue. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, no matter your age or level of activity. Muscle is living tissue that works for you as burning calories throughout the day.

Here are eight factors that can affect the metabolism of the most important levels:

1. Muscle
As the most important and key factor metabolism.
2.  Frequency of Eating

The longer you pause when you eat, the more your metabolism slows down to conserve energy.
3.  Activity Level

It is also an important factor, but will not make a difference if you do not provide a balance between   food intake and calories spent.
4.
Food Choices

For example, low-fat diet often causes a decrease in the production of hormones that lead to decreased metabolism.
5.  Inadequate Water Body Needs
Over 70% of our body functions occur because of the presence of water. Lack of fluids will make your   metabolism system is disturbed.
6.  Genetic Factors

Some people have a faster metabolism than others. This is a natural factor that can not be changed. Normal people can do is stimulate your metabolism for faster.
7.  Hormone Production and Function

It could be that you have a thyroid gland that is "lazy". But before blaming the thyroid it helps you stabilize your blood sugar levels and start exercising 2-3 times a week.
8.  Stress

Stress also helped reduce the metabolic rate. When you stress your body will experience tension. Many people who tend to overeat when under stress.

The Cause of Slow Metabolism

Research indicates that the metabolism does not slow down significantly because of age but because of lack of muscle man. You do not lose muscle just because you are getting older age, but more due to lack of physical activity can provide positive stress to maintain or increase your muscle.

Here are 2 main factors causing your metabolism decreases, namely:
  •   Decreased muscle tissue.
  •   The reduced level of activity with age.

You can lose muscle tissue due to lack of physical activity such as lifting weights or do not run properly diet and discipline. When you do not eat or make a long pause between meals, your body will get the energy from your muscles (catabolic).

So the conclusion is:
Little Muscle
- a slow metabolism - fat accumulates.
